Businesses often know which behaviours they want to see more of. But clearly communicating this can be a struggle.
During my time at Royal London, I developed this behavioural framework for one of the group’s business units. Based on their three core values, we explored the kinds of behaviours and associated outcomes they wanted to recognise and reward.
These stretch behavioural objectives were a key part of the strategy designed to encourage employees and the business to excel in the right ways.
